
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and replacement guidelines below.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
Wrong Address
If the shipping address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, your package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility may be reshipped at your expense. If unclaimed for 30 days, they may be donated to charity.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Face masks and similar sealed goods once opened

Customized or personalized items
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse (for example, if you change your mind after purchase). Exchanges for size or style may be possible at your expense by placing a new order.
Special Rules for Customers in Brazil
Customers in Brazil have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days of receiving it. To request a return, contact us with a photo of the item. Items that show signs of use or damage may not qualify for a refund.
EU Customers
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States (State of Michigan). The English version of this policy will apply in case of any translations.
